We have an extensive and growing database of highly skilled Physicians of all specialties and also provide Executive searches. We are a retained search firm . We require a $5,000 guarnteeed retainer to engage our services to which we apply to the overall fee of the placement.  Our fees are based on 20% of the Physicians salary. Specialists will vary. Payments are set up as follows: 50% upon acceptance of an offer and the balance when they start. We also have a 180 day guarantee that if the candidate leaves or does not work out for you we will replace them for you.
