MNM Medical Recruiters Canada has its head office in Toronto, and specialises in supporting Doctors, Nurses & Allied Healthcare workers from around the world who are looking for opportunities to work in the most sought after hospitals in the Middle East. These include employers across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, State of Qatar, Kingdom of Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Sultanate of Oman, and State of Kuwait.

Once you submit your resume, the recruitment process is as follows:

• EVALUATION: Your resume gets evaluated by MNM Medical Review Committee ( MMRC ), which meets every Wednesday at 10:00 AM

•  APPROVAL: Once approved by the MMRC, a request for additional documents to substantiate your CV statements may be made

• SKYPE INTERVIEW: A Skype interview is organised for you with the Medical Experts of MNM Medical Recruiters Canada

• VERIFICATIONS: Qualifications, Experience & License Verification to be submitted with complete file.

•  FILE SUBMISSION WITH RECOMMENDATION: Your full file gets submitted to our client hospitals with a full recommendation from the CEO of MNM. Once shortlisted, a direct interview with the hospital may be made.

•  JOB OFFER: Once the job is offered, we will guide you through the whole process from Police Clearance, Medical Check-ups, Visa issuance, ticket issuance. We'll support you every step of the way as you prepare and travel to your new place of work.

• ORIENTATION: A Skype meeting will be arranged between MNM staff and you, briefing you about the country’s traditions and culture, work place environment & Dos and Don’ts.

• FOLLOW UP: After your arrival in the country, you will receive a follow-up call from MNM Medical Recruiters to ensure your safe arrival and for you to discuss any questions you may have. We will call you again at the end of your probationary period (90 days) and after your first six months in post; we will of course also be on hand for you to contact us at any time.
