We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

 

1. Assist MSF Sales Coach focus on supporting the development of MSF sales on-boarding training and continual development of new MSF team leaders and improving the sales/service quality and productivity of MSFs.

2. Work closely with MSF sales coach and MSF team leaders, to develop and execute coaching for local MSFs with primary focuses on client engagement skills and sales activities planning, execution and process optimization including utilization of sales tools and tablet.

3. Work with MSF coach team and city managers, MSF team leaders in developing sales recognition programs or sales rally to optimize MSF performance.

4. Work with MSF city coach to develop and execute plan to deliver HSBC values and behavior in MSF, also the implementation of Global Standard training.

 

Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

 

Qualifications

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. At least 2 years work experience in sales training, possess the background of retail banking, credit card, fraud detection or investigation is preferred;
3. Good basic knowledge in banking and credit card product, strong analytical, logical thinking and fraud awareness;
4. Good PC knowledge; possess intermediate data management skills, particularly in the use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
5. Fluency in both written and verbal Mandarin. Basic English written and reading skill;
6. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit , ability to work under pressure;
7. Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and time-management skills.
