  • Successful candidates will communicate with both clients and internal plan/build team members to formalize requests, work out solutions and implement development work, as specifically listed below:
  • Communicate with program managers and/or clients to get requirements well defined, in terms of business logic and flow of data within Citi
  • Conduct data analysis to locate any possible data gaps or other issues
  • Work out solutions for given requirement/issues, and split it in related tasks
  • Monitor existing loading process and conduct trouble-shooting tasks to ensure all jobs completed properly with good data qualities
  • Make improvement recommendations for better performance and services to clients
  • Work with team members on development with good delivery quality
  • Document projects and do presentation to both outside clients and internal members
  • Mentor Juniors on problem solving, business knowledge,  and technique skills

  • Good knowledge on international investment transactions and liquidity management
  • Strong Database and ETL expertise, with priority to SQL Server
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, better in finance industry
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Proficient in reading, written and verbal English
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under ambiguity, result oriented, keep focus
  • Good at documenting and presentation with PPT
  • Excel & VBA, .NET (C#), Java programming experience is a big plus.
