Customer Service Officer (TTS China Commercial Card Hotline Team)-17061468
Description
 
  • Handle phone inquiries and e-mail requests on commercial card product features, fees and charges, account information and other relevant operational processes.
  • Resolve customer problems within the established guidelines.
  • Escalate customer’s feedback / complaints to superior for product, service and program improvements.
  • Maintain service quality and productivity at defined business requirement.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers through delivery of superior customer service.
  • Comply with established company policies and procedures to protect company and customer's asset.

 


Qualifications
 
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
  • College graduate with at least 2 year relevant working experience in banking or finance industry;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in customer service sector is a plus;
  • Able to take challenges and work under pressure.
  • Good team-player, hardworking and self-motivated.
  • Willing to work overtime, on shift duties including overnight shifts and Public Holidays.
  • Good computer skills.
