Templars Medical, NHS England and Humber Coast & Vale are working in partnership to provide family medicine doctors with a fully supported and personalised transition to working as a GP in the Humber Coast & Vale area. General Practice in the UK offers a rewarding and diverse career and this opportunity provides a direct route for doctors who are looking to join the NHS with complete support throughout the entire process.

This initial recruitment phase is recruiting into the Scarborough & Ryedale area and Templars Medical is currently inviting expressions of interest from family medicine doctors qualified overseas interested in finding out more about this compelling opportunity.  We are looking to appoint 65 GPs over the next 2-3-year period.

You will be provided with everything you need to know about relocating to the UK. Your personal contact at Templars Medical will keep in touch with you from the moment you contact us to assist with application forms, interviews, travel plans, medical registration, accommodation and ultimately, your transition to a new country. Financial support is available to help with the cost of this process.

Eligibility

To be considered you will need to have completed your training in family medicine or are due to complete your training within the next 18-24 months.  Most importantly, you must demonstrate a strong desire to live and work in the UK.
