About the role

The purpose of the General Practice Liaison Officer position is to improve the interface between the hospital (outpatient department) and primary health care by providing input into the planning and development of services at the local level, ensuring care is integrated across the entire patient journey and appreciating the position operates within a broader Hospital and Health Service network of service delivery.

Salary information

Total remuneration value up to $80,819 p.a. comprising salary between $52.57 - $56.56 p.h.; (HP4); or total remuneration value up to$57,744 p.a. comprising salary between $44.28 - $47.41 p.h.; Permanent Part Time (48hrs p.f.); Applications will remain current for 12 months.
