About the Role

To provide a comprehensive psychosocial intervention (under direction of a treating Clinician) and community linkages to support mental health consumers to access a range of services to promote recovery. To assist and support the Transitional Housing Team in the implementation of consumer care.

Other duties may include:  

  • Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire and apply knowledge of relevant applications, including: 
  • This position may supervise OO3 Rehabilitation Therapy Aides which may involve delegation of duties and structured feedback sessions.
  • Liaison with identified clinical treating team where appropriate.
  • Identify and maintain a network of referral and professional supports.
