  • Drive revenue realization through cross sell and partnership with TTS business units
    Be responsible for a portfolio of China top-tier local corporates that have international footprint, and work in partnership with TTS Global Solution Sales and partners to ensure understanding of key TTS Sales activities for the portfolio and provide relevant support in execution and drive completion of projects
    Responsible for incremental cross sell of new TTS products and services, for both China local market and other markets in overseas
    Work in partnership with Operations and Implementations to ensure deals implemented and support provided to the clients where necessary to drive revenue realization
    Work in partnership with Product/Sales/RMs for the issuance and associated documentation for Guarantee’s/LC’s
    Assist with client communication of Product migrations, regulatory changes and market updates for portfolio
    Responsible for monthly revenue analysis, ensuring banks MIS systems accurately reflects TTS account profitability. Prepare summaries and forecasts, and communicate findings to Business Head and TTS Regional / Global Solution Sales Lead
    Provide support where necessary for the coordination of RFPs
    Ensure compliance with TTS credit, risk and TTS Sales processes where applicable
    Liaise with Coverage/Credit/Risk to ensure credit requests are accurately handled, monitor challenged credit clients to ensure products suitable for client risk rating and classifications
    Manage documentation deficiency and deferral process for assigned portfolio working with Risk & Compliance to ensure adherence to Citi policies
    §  Drive the Service Quality Process at the client level
    Be the client advocate to ensure Client issues are addressed promptly working with partners in Client Delivery and Operations and utilize client forums such as C@R and D@R to facilitate and drive resolution where necessary.
    Be responsible for driving superior client satisfaction
    Provide client feedback on product, process and service needs
    Take ownership, lead and track specific customer issues/problems including pricing and operational issues and work with the customer and internal departments until issues are resolved.


We are looking for a highly motivated TTS Account Manager working with Global Solution Sales to drive revenue realisation, retention, cross sell expansion and attrition management.  The individual needs to be customer focused and able to operate at all levels. The candidate who has a Customer Service/Client Delivery, Sales, Relationship Assistant, Operations or Credit administration background, is very welcomed.

  • At least 5 years front office working experience in commercial banks
  • Proven track record of successful client focused activity
  • Back Office Cash Management or Trade Operations or customer service experience is beneficial
  • Strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
