About your job:

Reporting to Manager Partnerships, the Business Development Specialist is responsible for business development within FFP partnerships domain. The role will primarily lead initiatives to create new partnerships (non-airline) across varied businesses such as Credit Cards, Hotels, Retails etc. that maximize value for customers in addition to driving member retention and incremental revenue growth.

In this role you will be also responsible for acquiring new & strategic global / regional partners for Privilege Club based on detailed market/opportunity analysis. The role will rely on continual market analysis, effective selling skills, good understanding of QR commercial strategy as well as sound relationship management in accomplishing these goals.

Your main accountabilities will be:

  • Assist in developing new business strategies for Loyalty Partnerships that are aimed at enhancing customer value, increase in mileage revenue and keeping QR ahead of competition.
  • Regularly analyse customer data to identify key issues, trends and opportunities. Translate those findings into action plans for future goals.
  • Take responsibilities to achieve annual revenue targets and targets for new partnerships.
  • Continually seek new sales leads; research leading organizations, competition and customer trends online to identify new opportunities for partnership
About you:

You must hold a Bachelors Degree or equivalent. Essential skills for the role are: passion for sales and clients relationship, self-starter, excellent communicator and negotiator, data analytics, and presentation skills.
