About Your Job:

In this role you will be responsible for the allocation of company’s accommodation properties in Doha, in accordance with Qatar Airways’ policies and procedures, contributing to the overall successful performance of the Facilities and Properties Team. As a Housing Officer, you will be assisting Employees through high quality of services associated with their accommodation. You will be accountable for working with internal & external partners to ensure our company accommodation meets all of Qatar Airways’ standards. You are required to possess diplomacy, tact and strength to fulfill service standards and agreements.

You will be effectively supporting the facilities team to minimize vacant rental costs by keeping accurate records of the vacant units and ensuring prompt occupancy. You are responsible for making accurate and timely decisions, often in pressurized situations. You will coordinate with finance/payroll to ensure that both HRA and Non HRA staff are correctly documented. You will carry out familiarization visits to new and existing company accommodation to garner better understanding of user queries.

This role involves facilitating and familiarizing new joiners on their accommodation and policy. You should possess the ability to deal with a diverse group of professionals from around the world at all grades to resolve sensitive issues, creating and maintain excellent living environment. You are required to coordinate with partner departments to ensure all maintenance requests are completed within SLA’.

About You:

You should hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent on either the field of Hospitality, Computer Science or Business Administration with minimum 4 years of job related experience. You should have at least one or two years of experience in housing or facilities management in a large organisation, preferably in a multi – cultural environment.  You should have proven knowledge of basic building construction and common repair problems. You should have an understanding of Landlord and Tenant obligations and issues surrounding the joining staff.

We are looking for someone with intensive customer service experience with good problem solving and communication skills. You should be able to work flexibly on own initiative and part of a team. Command in Arabic language will be an advantage.
