In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling flight-handling activities such as flight editing, transfer and boarding in order to achieve a high standard of service. You will also aim to achieve optimum satisfaction and on-time departure of flights.
Specific accountabilities include:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Trade or Vocational Qualification combined with at least four years experience in a similar role. Previous exposure to customer service within the airport environment is required. You will need a good understanding of Conditions of Carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security procedures in accordance with ICAO, IATA and local authorities. You should have excellent skills to deal with flight delays, disruptions and DNBs. Strong monitoring and coaching skills are required with the ability to train and develop subordinates skills in order to foster team work among team members.
Knowledge of Amadeus and ALTEA would be well regarded.Note: you will be required to attach the following:
