About Your Job:

As a Sales Executive, you will implement commercial and sales strategy while supervising day to day sales related activities of Al Maha Services. You need to understand and demonstrate at all times the importance of upholding the highest personal and professional standard. You need to have positive and passionate attitude towards Al Maha Service customers and Qatar Airways.  You will maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance. You will involve in researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements. 

Your key accountabilities includes:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities researching sales options and evaluating customer needs to achieve proposed sales targets.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders  internally and externally providing clear understanding of objectives of Al Maha Services while generating/ creating values.
  • Increase productivity of existing corporate account, develop and maintain business-like relationship with designated corporate accounts. 
  • Organize and conduct walk-around of Al Maha Services and create awareness of Al Maha Services for both internal and external customers. 
  • Acquire and register one corporate account a month in order to increase revenue and ensure that it is an active user.
  • Identify new markets, develop new business and act as point of contact for Al Maha Services.
  • Promote Al Maha Services through means Website, Promotional materials , Mail Shots and Verbal contacts. 
  • Participate in a daily operations as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) relevant to unit in which assigned.
  • Respond and action all sales related request with a maximum of 24 hours follow up lead time. 
  • Produce weekly sales plan for coming week and weekly revenue reports for previous week for Manager Al Maha Services to review.
  • Work with Administration team to ensure invoices are generated and payments are received as per payment term agreements. 
  • Ensure visual appearance of the operation is of the highest standard by regular monitoring.
  • Maintain regular guest and VIP portfolio and create awareness within Al Maha Services team.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the department. 
About You:

You should be proactive person with previous experience in sales environment in hospitality /service/airline industry.

You must hold at  relevant vocational or trade qualification. Ideally minimum 4 years experience in leadership role preferably within premium, 5 Star hospitality/service/airline industry. Ability to communicate, both written and verbally in English and ideally Arabic, working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), administrative and technological ability will ensure that you succeed in managing your day to day operations.

Ideal candidate should be creative and communicative person with ability to understand needs of multi cultural working environment.  High level of interpersonal skills and versatility will help you positively motivate Al Maha Services team to promote and improve performance to achieve and exceed set objectives and provide 5Star service.
