Expertise Required:

 

Analytical Skills:

  • Sound understanding of digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and
  • interpret data to generate actionable business insights
  • Hands-on experience in working with clickstream data, formulating Digital Acquisition Strategies, driving Customer Engagement/Cross-sell, Measuring ROI of Digital Initiatives
  • Proficient in formulating analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data
  • Experience in building digital dashboards
  • Hypothesis testing and knowledge about segmentation

Tools and Platforms:    

  • Proficient in SAS, SQL, SAS JMP / Knowledge Seeker/ SAS E-miner
  • Proficient in using Adobe Site Catalyst / Discover / Test & Target / Google Analytics/ Clickfox
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Power-point
  • Hands-on experience in working with Big Data (Rev R and ability to work with Hadoop)
  • Preferred – Python, HIVE

Domain Skills:

 

In depth understanding of Customer life-cycle Management within the financial services domain (any of Cards, Retail bank, Mortgage, Lending / liability product):

  • Acquisitions
  • Customer engagement (Pricing, P&L forecasting)
  • Customer servicing & understanding customer touch points
  • Customer retention
  • (Preferred) - Understanding of Retail Business

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems and present them to the management in a structured and simplified form
  • Should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Strong process/project management skills
  • Ability to Coach and Mentor Juniors
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.

Educational and Experience:

  • MBA / Master degree in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Information Technology / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech / B.E in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications
  • (Preferred) Post Graduate in – Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Econometrics, Management Science and related fields
  • 8-10 years of hands on experience in delivering Digital Analytical solutions
