About the role:

Qatar Airways has an exciting new position for an experienced Project Manager to take on the the role of Manager Technical System Projects supporting our Technical Engineering Division.

In this role, you will project-manage the major Systems Projects in the Technical Engineering Division, including the new Technical MRO System project.  You will develop and manage implementation of the Project Management methodologies, focusing primarily on the MRO System Project, meeting budget requirements, ensuring visibility of project status to all relevant internal stakeholders.

In addition, you will also direct and manage further multiple projects happening within Technical from the beginning until the end process. Oversee quality control throughout any project life cycle by managing delivery timelines, project risks and while also acting as a liaison with all project stakeholders to ensure effective change management.

About you:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum 8 years of Project Management experience plus extensive experience in major business process improvement, systems development and systems implementation projects, preferably in the Aircraft Maintenance / MRO Domain.   Candidates should have strong experience in establishing and managing Programme / Project management office and effectively, implementing processes, procedures and best practice principles.

In addition, candidates should have a Bachelors Degree plus a Program and/or Project Management Certification.
