About Your Job:

In this role, you will support the Corporate Planning Manager in developing medium and long-term partnership initiatives and strategies, working on day-to-day functions, projects and ad hoc tasks across the division. You will be responsible to analyse the partnership performance and KPIs of your respective airline partners to enhance partnership revenues and to support decision-making.  You will also coordinate meetings with partner airlines and internal and external stakeholders as requested and track progress on the agreed working plans and to-lists with respect to our interline, codeshare and joint business partners.

Specific accountabilities include:

  • Support your line manager in identifying opportunities to enhance existing partnership revenues and to create new partnerships with airlines and other transport providers.
  • Analyse the partnership performance and KPIs of your respective partners in Europe and the Americas.
  • Prepare business cases, interline agreements and special prorate agreements in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
  • Support your line manager in steering and enhancing our joint businesses with international airlines by coordinating internal and external working groups and tracking progress of agreed working plans.
  • Ensure internal compliance and endorsement of partnership contracts with Revenue Accounting, Revenue Management, Legal, Finance.
  • Support with the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget. 
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelors degree and Advanced degree within a relevant field (such as Business, Commerce, Legal, Mathematics/Statistics or Aviation).  You will need a minimum of two years of job-related experience including a comprehensive understanding of commercial aviation economics, strategic planning and business management. Project and contract management experience and knowledge is also required.
