As a Cabin Crew Operations Specialist, you will provide support for Cabin Crew operational related processes such as documentation, last minute crew change and crew communication with IOC to ensure smooth operations with the pre-departure and post-arrival formalities and issues. In the absence of the manager, you will ensure the smooth functioning of the Cabin Crew Operations Centre.
You will be responsible to relay specific passenger requests e.g. differently abled persons, pregnant women, medical cases and VIP’s etc. to the Cabin Crew prior to flight departure. Your duties include providing support to Cabin Crew in outstations and base operations during all kinds of occurrences such as emergency/compassionate leave allocations, loss of legal documentations or outstation medical emergencies, through coordinating with the welfare team for the well-being of crew and IOC crewing to identify a replacement.
You will extend support to ensure On-Time-Departures and smooth entries of flights into the country. You will be actively involved in minimizing operational disruptions occurring due to adverse weather, emergency response, or incidents by acting as a focal point of contact for management and stakeholders.
Your other duties includes assisting in analyzing AIMS data and statistics on a regular basis to provide recommendations in the development of Cabin Crew Operation processes and projects from time to time and improve operational standards.
As a part of the team , you will supervise and be directly involved in daily activities to ensure a high standard of service delivery, In the absence of Manager Cabin Crew Operations, you will perform other department duties related to the position as directed by the Head of the Department.
You will have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience. Candidates with experience as cabin crew, or have experience working at Crewing Help Desk and Crewing Logistics or performing duties related to cabin crew movement and logistics at QROC are preferable.
You must possess highly developed inter personal skills, excellent oral presentation and written skills. You should be someone with strong influencing and problem-solving skills.
We are looking for someone with an up-to-date and in depth knowledge of Qatar Airways service standards, with a commitment to high level of ethical standards in a diverse work environment.
Knowledge of computers/ MS Office is an essential.
