As Manager Cabin Services Training, you will develop and achieve comprehensive commercial and In-flight Service and Cabin Crew training strategies as well as manage time, product and people in order to deliver world class training programs.
Your key function is to develop, manage and coach a core team of Training professionals, supervise the promotions program of inflight products as well as ensure delivery of the training programs in compliance with national and international regulations.
You will also use business acumen skills to monitor and minimize annual expenditure of the Training Unit through analysis and selection of appropriate training methods and resources .
You will be a Bachelor’s Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of job-related experience. A Certified trainer or recognized training qualification is essential. A recognized qualification in Training and Development, Education, HR, or Organizational Development will be an added advantage.
You should able to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. In addition, we also look for the demonstration of strong mentoring and coaching skills, ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills as well as ability to foster teamwork among team members.
