Key person to successfully manage all Collections activities to achieve the organizational goals and objectives in minimizing net flow rates, delinquencies and ultimately achieving optimum net credit losses (NCL)
To maintain an effective and competent responsible area under Collections organization.
To ensure high productivity and performance of staff in all job functions.
To ensure appropriate collection strategies are timely developed and put in place to enhance operating results/cost effectiveness and/or to mitigate risks resulted from changes in customer behavior/portfolio performance.
To ensure good operating results of the unit per targets while maintaining minimum operational risks through development of effective collection policies & procedures, MIS and systems.
To successfully provide and manage all collection resources to achieve organizational objectives while maintaining total expenses well within approved budget.
To contribute in new product development by ensuring readiness of the ship infrastructure and resources to support product launch.
To maintain good customer satisfaction by ensuring quality customer service.
To maintain high employee satisfaction across Collection organization.
University or above with 8-10 years working experience with a track record in banking industry.
5-6 years in management position with significant responsibility in a large, complex Operations environment.
Strong Leadership and team management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Analytical, with ability to assimilate and understand MIS
Fluent in English communication skills
