Lead Project Management Officer : 0000CE8M 



Role Title: Lead Project Management Officer

Business: Financial Crime Risk IT


Your responsibilities will include


  • Assist business managers to monitor the China wise departmental Costs Management, Profit & Loss, to ensure the overall department is on the right track to operate / develop

  • Work with China local PMs for vendor / supplier management, incl. SoW, payment, on-boarding/de-boarding, and dealing with other contractor related issues.

  • Liaison with China Center Operation for Capex and facility arrangement. Follow up the ac hot tasks from IT COO of China.

  • Liaison with HR and Finance for local issues on Recruitment and Billing.

  • Provide consistently clear planning and accurate and timely reporting, to ensure that the  IT portfolio will be managed in a consistent way across all GBs, GFs and Regions.

  • Providing planning support to Project Managers and governance across various projects within the team including maintaining the project plan using group standard tools.





Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications


  • Strong knowledge and experience of project lifecycles/governance within large organizations

  • Understanding of Change frameworks, methodologies and best practice techniques (including the Business Transformation Framework where possible)

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.

  • Strong knowledge and experience of GMIS, GPDM (Group Planning Data Model) and Clarity System.

  • Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with business heads, senior managers, third party consultants, technical experts across the whole department and business users.

  • Experience of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Word and Sharepoint.

  • Delivery-focused with ability to pay attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality.

  • The ability to quickly understand the requirements of the task in hand, and produce a quality result the first time.
