We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

  • Assistance to finish Financial Crime Risk control related project.

  • Assistance for innovation of relevant FCR Policy and Procedure adhered to Abnormal Transaction/Post-loan Transaction risk management, QA the investigation results.

  • Take appropriate measures to mitigate potential risks occurring in either credit card transaction or post-loan process to manage potential Credit Risk, Regulation Risk, Financial Crime Risk, etc.

  • Fair validation, justification and estimation for customers who have potential risk via conducting new customer due diligence in various products as Retail Banking, Consumer Credit Card, Retail business banking, etc.

  • Engage with other stakeholders for problem solving, i.e. with Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Risk, Business Oversights, BRCM, CCSS, as well as the business owner team, etc.

  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly MI log on track and keep updating, relevant PPT and meeting logistics capacity,

  • Daily work closely with other HSBC affiliates to handle serious cases and ad hoc cases

  • Timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

 

Qualifications

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • 3-5 years related working experience in Banking in project or credit card related business.

  • Good spoken and written skill for both English and Chinese (mandarin)
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex changes of regulatory environment and ensure compliance in daily operation.

  • Sufficient knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations (the latter to be attained if new to HSBC)

  • Proven ability to multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment and prioritize work assignments
