Responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice to senior management and all Group functions, the team advises on and takes an active involvement in all business and operational strategies and initiatives, from legislative and regulatory matters to the setting of policies, standards and procedures for guarding against and reporting on legal risk and reputational management issues.


We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in this specific role.


Principal responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and managing risk associated with the business
  • Keep HSS clients posted on any market information/development, regulatory requirements. Proactively analyse and inform clients of any impacts
  • To be main point of contact for sophisticated clients who require sensitive approach and creative solutions
  • Exercise direct supervision and daily management of the operations of client services team in Thailand
  • Represent HSS and maintain cordial relationship with market regulators
  • Monitor performance and ensure clients’ service level agreements are met and take prompt and appropriate remedial action when needed.




  • Master or Bachelor degree in Account / Finance / Banking or any related fields
  • At least 5 years work experience and knowledge in the banking and securities business
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and people management
  • Good command of both spoken and written English 
  • Good computer skill i.e. Microsoft Office, internet
