The CompanyOur client is a leading chemical manufacturer active in the coating industry.
Role DescriptionWithin this position you will be acting as the link between the production and planning department and will be reporting to the Manager Customer Service.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the management of the entire delivery process, the maintenance of the customer master data and clients. In addition, you will handle any complaints and will be taking care of the stock management, invoicing and debtors.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years experience in the customer services (preferably in the chemical industry).
- Able to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in organizing transport (road, air, sea) of bulk and packaged materials and export documents.
- Experienced in working with ERP systems.
