We are looking for a highly motivated Theatre Practitioner with good leading and communication skills to join our enthusiastic team. Proficiency in both anaesthetics and surgery would be an advantage. As we cover a 24 hour service a fully flexible approach to shifts is required. We are a teaching hospital and have a large number of students coming through our department so we would expect you to provide and encourage a welcoming learning environment.
We will offer opportunities to advance your skills through courses and in-house training.

Getting to Work
Application can be made for parking on site at UHS or through one of the park and ride schemes. This will be based on specific criteria to determine eligibility for site parking as this can be very limited. UHS encourages staff to utilise other green methods of getting to work such as cycling or walking where possible. UHS is well connected through bus services to the city centre and other areas.
