This Business Critical requisition is a production position that is required to support the Pin-based and Signature-based transaction processes which consists of over 360M transactions and totaling $456MM.  This  requires research and resolution from failed POS and ATM transactions or from merchant adjustments/claims and the processing of adjustments on Card and Terminal activity.  This is a high customer impact position that requires attention to detail and quick assistance on non-BAU issues.  In order to control financial integrity, this position is considered business critical.  The position is a subject expert on various Electronic Banking functions.  Hours are from 7:00 am - 03:30 pm.


Qualifications
 

High School Diploma/GEID Required. 

 

Requirements: Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, analytical skills, administrative skills.

 

Functional Skills:  Accounting background is helpful.

 

Technical Skills:  Excel, Access, Outlook, SharePoint, 10-key; Strong written and verbal communication skills; analytical skills; research / investigation experience; ability to meet daily deadlines and understanding of accounting debits and credits.
