As a Manager Standards and Procedures, you will provide leadership and direction on all aspects of In-flight Services activity, promoting the highest level of airline industry standards and procedures as well as the creation, support and management of it.
You will effectively manage the communication of changes in policies, standards and procedures to the entire Cabin Crew population, ensuring the timely release of quick reference material and crew website publication.
You will supervise the annual objectives and KPIs of the department in coordination with Senior Manager Customer Affairs and Quality ensuring uniformity with QRHR and Cabin Services. As a representative of the Cabin Services, attend the Aircraft Programs meetings and manage suppliers for the new acquisition or the re-design of existing aircraft as per the established standards at Cabin Services
We are looking for a Bachelor’s degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience within the aviation industry. You should be someone with a previous experience in managing the standards and procedures unit or service design team in an international airline.
You should have worked closely with partner departments like Catering, Product Development, Technical, Engineering, and possess knowledge of the systems used in aid of formulating cabin crew Inflight Service procedures and aircraft guidelines.
A Master degree or a postgraduate qualification in Management or Aviation will be an added advantage. Effective communication skills in spoken and written English are essential.
