The Business Analyst role is a key role in the Cards business with responsibility and accountability for both the supporting the delivery of Sales Optimisation initiatives and campaign execution to achieve new account growth through application form journey improvements, simplifying approval rates, optimising credit risk/fraud policies and supporting the campaign execution team across all cards & loans portfolios.
Support the execution of the sales optimisation strategy and campaigns for all cards & loans portfolios
Maximising new account growth, faster TAT on application approvals, higher NPS scores in order to drive new account growth
Optimise application completion rates, remove verification customer friction (with the view to move to STP), reduce application processing TAT and work closely with Risk to increase approval rates
Work closely with technology and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives with full responsibility of testing
Develop and own relationships between Citi and our partners
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective business execution
