This role is to support automation activities and development for metrics and tools which are being used to provide data for WOR, MOR and workload calculation. Additionally developer has in scope supporting planned implementations and testing enhancements for existing GEMC tool which is being used for validation purposes and act as escalation inventory. This role requires expertise in area of .NET programming and SQL, problem solving and creativity to implement complex enhancements to existing tools. Developer on this position is responsible for maintain key tools required for event validation and trend analysis.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Host Planning meetings and coordinate work of Development Team
  • Maintain and develop existing web-based tools and inventories necessary for Event Management function within GEMC Team 
  • Investigate and solve production issues associated with supported tools and platforms
  • Participate in projects and propose enhancements \ updates to existing processes and toolsets for the Team and other Support Groups
  • Clearly communicate implemented changes along with updated procedures 
  • Ensure that prepared solutions are secure and compliant with Citi policy and best practices
  • Propose Automations and Efficiency Improvements to existing processes and those which are being on-boarded to the Team
  • Provide requested metrics to Senior Management

 


Qualifications
 
  • Fluent English is a must
  • 3+ year of C# .NET experience is a minimum.
  • Understanding of object oriented design
  • Experience of using .NET 4.5, MVC5, SignalR
  • Experience of developing web-based systems
  • Ability to produce readable well engineered and testable code
  • Proven knowledge of  HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Moment.js 
  • SQL, LINQ, Entity Framework 6
  • Familiarity with Typescript  will be an advantage
  • NUnit, Moq, Team Foundation Server, Git knowledge will be a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile will be an advantage
