Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides expertise in Citi Financial and Citi Retail Services Webview applications and system processes
  • Consults with CTI in conjunction with Development managers to understand and support system upgrades and strategic objectives, and contributes to the formulation of strategies for support
  • Leads the execution of required COB Testing for Webview applications, including maintaining Application Recovery Plans, maintenance of automation scripts, periodic RTO/RPO reviews, and coordination with Operations and Development Teams for COB Validation activities
  • Coordinates onboarding activities of new OD&T Customer Communication applications, and manages production handover after Development or Infrastructure releases
  • Primary interaction point for Development and CTI Teams to Production Management
  • Supports monthly Service Reporting, including Customer Experience and Major Incident Reporting
  • Establishes health check management in partnership with L1 (inventory, thresholds, triggers, tools, scripts, and procedures) maintaining consistency across all apps and domains
  • Facilitates the shift left of Level 3 activities to Level 2 and Level 2 activities to Level 1
  • Partners with Level 1 and Level 3 support teams to improve resolution rates, efficiency targets, and organizational Service Level Agreements
  • Supports the creation and implementation of Service Improvement Plans and root cause remediation activities

  • 5+ years development or production support experience supporting mainframe applications for Citi Financial and Citi Retail Services
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus, Manager’s certification will be an asset
  • Experience with Mainframe development and support technologies:  IBM Mainframe, CICS, Cobol, DB2, SPUFI/Platinum, JCL, NDM, OPC, Changman, Infoman/Virtual Change, Service Now, OPC, HeartBeat, ACR/Unitech, DYL280, FileAid, WebSphere
