About Your Job:

As a First Aid Instructor, you will be delivering First Aid Training for Operational personnel and third parties in accordance with the stipulated guidelines and course syllabus as per QCAR OPS 1, IOSA standards approved by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority.

You will ensure that the delivery of training shall embrace industry best practices with emphasis on practical hands-on training to ensure crew competence. You will be responsible to define operating objectives and training plans to meet short and long-term goals, coordinate learning process while creating a positive learning environment.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree, be a certified trainer or hold a recognized training qualification. A certificate in Health and Safety or Aviation Safety based diploma will be an advantage. This position requires you to have a total of 7 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years working as a Cabin Services Director. In addition, having a nursing background and a good understanding of Aviation Medicine or First Aid will be advantageous. You should have excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
