Description
 
  • Monitor the daily production of the retention team.

  • Manage hotline or queue performance to ensure service level and abandonment targets are met.

  • Ensure accurate and quality service are delivered to customers.

  • Track retention performance and drive to meet targets.

  • Host team meetings and conduct morning huddle/briefing.

  • Monitor and drive sales performance in the team.

  • Coach, develop and motivate CPO to be proficient in both services and sales.

  • Ensure compliance in every sales call and execute controls to avoid risk.


Qualifications
 
  • College graduate with at least 4 years CPO relevant experiences.
  • Fluent in spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Strong leadership skills and able to motivate staff to deliver services and sales.
  • Good problem resolving and complaint handling skills.
  • Independent, hardworking, self-motivated and good team player.
  • Willing to work overtime/shift duty including holidays.
  • Good knowledge of card products and sales processes.
