We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Corporate Account Manager.
Part of the Employee Banking Solutions which is responsible for pitching the Retail Banking and Wealth Management propositions to employees of Global Banking and Markets clients.
Engage with the country Employee Banking Solutions team and broader Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Global Banking and Markets teams to grow the Employee Banking Solutions client base.
Relationship building with active partnership account
Cross selling for bank solutions and services to broaden customer base
Initiate projects and drive initiatives that align Group direction and strategy
Deliver the required service standards and proposition consistently
Establish new connections and expand Retail Banking and Wealth Management customer base
Enhance cross selling of different products
Adapt to changing performance parameters and the ever changing regulatory environment
Operate within the approved operating and strategic plan process to develop the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business.
Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the like hood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting.
Bachelors degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience.
Years of proven and progressive retail banking sales experience.
Strong sales, managerial, interpersonal, organizational, communications, negotiations, lateral thinking and decision making skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal business partners as well as external corporate clients.
Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry particularly retail and wealth management, coupled with the ability to understand and negotiate through the HSBC internal network
Robust understanding of Global Standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Good PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
