About the Role

  • Develop strong partnerships with business leaders within a designated portfolio to influence and integrate workforce and people plans.

  • Lead and manage a team of HR Business Partners and Advisors allocated to providing seamless, high quality HR advice and support for the client portfolio.

  • Analyse and interpret metrics, data, workforce trends and research to proactively identify people management issues / trends that affect the client portfolio, and propose, in consultation with HR subject matter experts suitable interventions for improving people management outcomes.   

  • Analyse and provide professional advice on the efficient and effective management of specialised HR Services including complex issues and grievances, industrial issues, recruitment and selection and performance appraisal framework in accordance with relevant HR legislation, policy and directives.

  • Coach leaders in best practice people leadership, including targeted recruitment, developing people, performance management, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, grievance management and change management.
