About the Role
Deliver base level Speech Pathology clinical services (which may include, examination, investigation, diagnosis, treatment and case management) within the multidisciplinary multi-site Community Based Rehabilitation Team, utilizing evidence based practice in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement as experience builds, to more complex clinical decision making under the clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of a more senior clinician.
Provide input in the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols within the Community Based Rehabilitation Service and the Speech Pathology work area.
Maintain accurate clinical data and report on clinical practices and outcomes in accordance with organisational and service requirements.
