As a Cargo Customer Services Coordinator you will provide an excellent front line customer service experience that focuses on delivering positive outputs, and which puts customers at the heart of what we do by acting as a point of contact for queries, information request and concerns from Cargo customers.
You will need to hold a relevant Tertiary , Trade or Vocational qualification with 4 to 5 years of front line customer service experience within an airline / aviation industry would be preferred. Knowledge and understanding of the Consignee, Shipper, Freight Forwarder model, Cargo reservation and tracking system, overall cargo operations and set up would be an added advantage. A certificate in computer applications - MS Office along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills is essential for this role.
You must have good command of written and spoken English.
