We are looking for a Support Worker, 32 hours per week, to work in a team which delivers Housing Support & Care at Home to adults with learning disabilities, communication difficulties, personal care and complex needs, living in their own homes in the community. You should be able to work as part of a team or under your own initiative.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and confidence in their own ability. Candidates should be willing and able to undertake all training for service delivery, including SVQ2. The service delivers support on a 24/7 basis and you will be required to work flexible shift patterns, including alternate weekends. The successful applicant will require to be registered with the PVG Scheme and the SSSC within 6 months of taking up the post. The successful applicant will be required to have a valid UK driving licence.
