We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.About Job: As a Senior Manager Standards, Procedures & Quality , you are responsible to direct, develop and monitor quality and customer relationship management by ensuring delivery of effective Business Continuation plans in order to further the growth and expansion programs specific to Cabin Services especially areas areas of on-board standards and procedures, service delivery design, special projects management and quality . Develop the policies ,standards and procedures for the entire Cabin Crew population, ensuring timely releases of relevant information. Manage the regular audit of in-flight services delivery to ensure 5 star service quality is maintained and enhanced at all times.
You will also further be responsible for the following :
We are looking for a Bachelor’s degree holder with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the aviation industry. You should be someone with a previous experience in managing the standards and procedures , service design and or cabin aesthetics and implementation team in an international airline.
You should have worked closely with partner departments like Catering, Product Development, Technical, Engineering, and possess knowledge of the systems used in aid of formulating cabin crew In-flight Service procedures and aircraft guidelines.
You should also possess excellent project management skills and proven negotiating and influencing skills.
A Master degree or a postgraduate qualification in Management or Aviation will be an added advantage. Effective communication skills in spoken and written English are essential.
