The main responsibility of a hotel reservation agent is to help customers with planning and booking reservations for a hotel in a professional, efficient and friendly manner
You will provide prompt and accurate services in order to maintain the reservation system updates, handling guests and groups booking inquiry for the hotel room reservation or about the facilities of the hotel; processing reservation inquiries via fax, email and other channels as directed according to standard operating procedures.
You must have up to 2 years of work experience in reservation or a similarly role in hotel or hospitality industry and must hold a high school graduation certificate. An exceptionally strong personality and ability to be flexible and creative is essential to the role. Applicants must possess excellent English communication, interpersonal skills and proficiency in computer applications. Opera knowledge is highly desirable for this role.
