In this role you will be responsible for writing / editing Engineering Workshop procedures. Proposing solutions related to PMI (Planned Maintenance Instructions), maintenance procedures, Workshop related issues and all issues under QAS Workshop Engineering team’s responsibility. Prepares internal Audit Report and CAPA report for each audit finding and check the implementation to close the findings/observations in a timely manner, analyze / identify the variance in the Key Areas for the process improvement.
In this role you will also be responsible to develop, implement, communicate and conduct internal control audits and support external audits across Engineering to ensure conformance. Prepare analysis reports based on reports prepared by Workshop Quality and Compliance Inspector and executed by Workshop Quality Assurance and Compliance Coordinator and provide to Lead Training and Quality Assurance Officer. Prepare OTI (One Time Inspection) checks for GSE /NME/Vehicles and Tools & Test Equipment and raise any issues to Workshop Controllers for keeping track and remedial actions.
Further but not limited to, you will be responsible to maintain a quality plan to bring the Quality systems and policies into compliance and evaluate Engineering Technical Bulletin (TB) and any other change requests. Ensure the identification of hazards in Engineering Workshop, reporting of occurrences and risks to ensure safety and security of the operations.
To be successful in this role you must hold Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification with minimum 6 years of job-related experience OR relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level along with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
Any qualification in Quality Management System or Safety Management System and Experience in GSE Maintenance Workshop with work related experience is highly preferred.
You should be proficient in MS Office with excellent communication skills.
