As a Front Desk Agent, you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused services to our Guests at Oryx Airport Hotel. You will ensure their stay will become a memorable experience and serve guests as first point of contact, handling complaint and request, registering guests and managing their reservation and providing information about hotel rooms, rates and facilities. You will ensure that all check out guest payment is balance at the end of the shift.
You will provide prompt , courteous and efficient services to all guest, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalised service from arrival till departure. You will ensure guest are personally greeted and escorted to their room to make them feel expected and welcomed.
You must have upto 2 years of work experience in front officer or a similarly role in hotel or hospitality industry and must hold a high school graduation certificate. A pleasing personality and willingness to work in shifts is essential. Applicants must possess excellent English communication, interpersonal skills and proficiency in computer applications. Opera knowledge is highly desirable for this role.
