An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior nursing post within the division of specialist medicine. This post would suit someone who is highly motivated and looking for an opportunity to develop further. This specialist role would be accompanied by several days of education and induction.
1.The post holder will play a pivotal role in leading clinical practice and providing information, advice and support for all patients with Rheumatology conditions.
2.The post holder will improve standards of care and promote a seamless service within the multi-professional framework. This will be achieved through clinical practice, management, education, research, audit and professional activities taking into account NICE Guidelines, directorate and corporate objectives, all within the clinical governance framework.
3.Working as part of the Rheumatology team, the post holder will be involved in the continued development of Rheumatology services across the Trust, developing nurse led services and incorporating user development.
