The Senior E-Commerce Support Agent is responsible for handling queries related to E-commerce transactions from internal front-line staff to support 5-star customer service delivery for Qatar Airways' global E-commerce operation. This includes the resolution of general service quality issues, investigation and follow up on individual payment and fraud related rejections, application errors, and acting as an escalation point for other support units such as Contact Centres and reservations offices.
