We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
The jobholder contributes to RBWM' balance sheet growth and profitability by launching and enhancing financial planning process and personal insurance products to meet target customers' wealth management needs
Develop and execute insurance product proposition in line with Financial Planning process
Design and develop Financial Planning Process to strengthen Wealth Management services and provide comprehensive financial solutions to meet target customers' needs
Demonstrating strong and clear leadership to ensure the teams to deliver high execution result.
Manage the processes, infrastructure and resources needed to deliver agreed team plans and targets, identifying and implementing improvements and collaborating with colleagues to maximise end to end integration, effectiveness and efficiency.
Maintain awareness of operational and credit risk (Financing Products) and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with section B.1.2 and 4 of the Group Operations FIM.
The jobholder will adhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
At least 10 years or above experience in the financial industry is required.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are required.
Strong capability in interfacing with key stakeholders, including but not limited to local, regional and global 1st and 2nd LOD.
Extensive marketing and product development experience with strong market research capability and analytical skills are preferred.
