Staff Nurse Intermediate care and Rehabilitation pathways

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals in collaboration with Blackpool Social Services are looking for a highly motivated and committed Band 5 Staff Nurse to work across the intermediate care pathways. We require an enthusiastic individual with a can do attitude, who have the ability to work within our friendly team putting high quality patient care first.

Commitment to undertake ongoing in-service training and development is essential. You should be motivated, keen to learn and ready to embrace change. Our commitment to you is to provide the environment for this to happen. If you are motivated to deliver high standards of care and have a passion for rehabilitation then this could be the post for you.

This post requires cover over weekends and bank holidays and possible night cover.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this post.
