As part of the state wide health service you will be located in this modern facility providing high quality health care to the local region. The hospital has a funded Emergency Department (ED) that treats approximately 16,000 patients per year with 24 hour support from specialty teams in General Surgery, General Medicine, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Anaesthetics
The Emergency Department has 2 Resuscitation bays, 4 cubicles, 3 treatment rooms and 2 consultation rooms. A mobile telehealth platform provides 24/7 access to the Victorian Stroke Team and can be used for other telehealth purposes.

The hospital is expanding, so are looking to recruit Senior Medical Officers and Career Medical Officers who thrive in the Emergency Department (ED). You must have the capability to lead the shift and supervise interns and junior HMOs.
