You will be the first point of contact for potential card members looking to join the American Express family. It’s essential we have friendly, professional and exceptional people in this role to create a positive and seamless application journey.

As a New Accounts Customer Care Professional you will be expected to:
  • Create a lasting impression to new and potential card members in their first experience with American Express
  • Discussing private and confidential information in a sensitive and appropriate manner
  • Helping applicants understand their American Express products and the benefits of using them
  • Assessing applications of potential card members in accordance to guidelines
  • Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts in a fast paced, structured customer care environment.
  • Resolve product or service inquiries by asking probing questions, determining the cause of the issue; selecting and articulating the best solution to drive brand advocacy.
  • Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable Customer value Document necessary account information and offer custom solutions that benefit the customer
  • Deliver extraordinary results, measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
