Putting high standards and quality first, the selected candidate will control the kitchen in terms of planning and and monitoring food production, assigning tasks, determining processes, managing chefs on duty, overseeing the scheduling process and assigning training for all kitchen staff. About you:
We are looking for candidates with at least 7 years of related culinary experience within luxury hotel, airport lounges or similar environment including the management of a large kitchen in a 5 star environment.
In addition, candidates should have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent with preferably education in the culinary arts/kitchen apprenticeship.Note: you will be required to attach the following:
