The Transformation Management Office (TMO) is integral towards driving the aspiration of Qatar Airways Cargo to become the World’s #1 Air Cargo provider in value, scale, reliability and customer preference. We are part of the global cargo business, driving deep collaboration with the networks to formulate and deliver strategies. Using core capabilities, analytics, implementation and communications, we aspire to build the future with the business.
The TMO team is made up of passionate individuals who drive success and transformative changes through understanding of the business challenges and designing solutions to ensure business teams focus on their core activities. As a TMO Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects while ensuring alignment to QR Cargo’s vision and mission. You will be responsible to ensure that strategic initiatives and newly developed projects are executed based on commitments, expectations and deliverables identified in the approved project plans; accordingly, recommend and implement a dynamic and modern approach to achieve the division objectives.
The TMO Manager is accountable for all projects execution ie, existing and new, to ensure adherence to relevant industry, regulatory, operational and business standards in the most effective and efficient manner within the target timelines. You are also passionate about both commercial strategy and operations excellence, have excellent analytical skills to build insights from data, are a great problem-solver and seek to drive continuous process improvements. You balance all of this with a pragmatic sense of execution

We are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Current or prior experience working for a consulting firm will be an advantage. A relevant Bachelor’s degree is essential for this position.
