You will provide organizational design expertise to business leaders and to the HR team, to create organization structure and operating model that aligns with the organization’s long-term vision. You will be responsible to participate in review jobs and manage the job evaluation process for Qatar Airways group including outstations.
Additionally, as a senior organizational Design specialist, you will provide advice and guidance to line manager on the construction of meaningful job descriptions that support their respective businesses, flagging gaps and overlaps with similar roles in other parts of the organization.
Key accountabilities include:
A successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business HR, psychology or organizational behavior with a minimum of 6 years of job related experience and a certification in Hay Job Evaluation methodology.
You will have an understanding of corporate change on organizational design, organizational effectiveness concepts and be able to demonstrate a deep knowledge of organization development, design, methodologies, tools, business strategy and operations. Additionally, you should also be able to demonstrate the ability to anticipate future trends/consequences and create innovative strategies.Note: you will be required to attach the following:
