An exciting opportunity has arisen for an 8a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join NHS Highland's Psychological Service.
The postholder will be based within and provide a service to the Highland wide Diabetes Type 2 and pre-diabetes Service, working collaboratively to develop psychological services for the Type 2 Diabetes Prevention, Early Detection and Early Intervention Initiative.
This is an exciting initiative and a chance for the right person to help shape this service for the future. The wider Psychological Service is a growing and dynamic service consisting of Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, CBT Psychotherapists, and CAAPs.
We take Trainees from the Glasgow University D.Clin.Psych Course, as well as CAAP trainees and Health Psychology Trainees.
This is an exciting time to join NHS Highland's Department of Psychological Services as we embark on an organisational change in service provision across Highland leading to future opportunities for those involved and a chance to help develop the service of the future.
